You can practically see the iconic Brigitte Bardot as she returns from a boat trip along the Amalfi coastline and gets ready to sip cocktails with Jane Birkin and dance the night away under the stars. ICE PLAY’s spring/summer 2022 collection is a throwback to 1970s Hollywood glamour, and sees us living it up in Capri’s stylish main square and indulging in wild nights out.

The vivid yellows of Capri’s lemon groves can be seen in blazers, maxi shirts, dreamy pleated skirts, mini dresses and suits. Ranging from ochre through to acid brights, these yellow hues add a truly distinct freshness to casual wear. Postcard prints depict breathtaking landscapes, creating a veritable collage of timeless images to flaunt during weekends away.

ICE PLAY womenswear does not fail to include leisure wear, with logo hooded tops, sweatpants and cycling shorts making this a very inclusive wardrobe. Black and white maxi stripes are a nod to Breton heritage and go perfectly with strappy sandals and (very) mini shoulder bags.

The must have pieces? A cross-body bag with contrasting bandana.

Going down the same contemporary route as womenswear, the men’s collection features a highly streetwear-inspired edge. Essential sweat tops with bold lettering are teamed with waterproof coats and jackets. Ice Play’s pop graphic is alluded to in tracksuits and soft cargo pants. Bowling shirts are all about bright pops of colour and postcard prints and are made for long shorts and spotlessly clean sneakers. The brand provides a more contemporary take on Jude Law’s style in cult classic ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’, a cinematic immersion in the imagery made in Italy recognized all over the world.
