PRODUCTION

The department includes the style and prototyping offices, quality control, and the shipping division. It is a rapidly growing organization that develops a wide range of products, from high-quality prêt-à-porter to youth-oriented lines.

The process begins with design, starting from creative sketches to garments developed in the style offices, followed by pattern making, prototype creation, and progressing through defect analysis, color variations, development and placement, special techniques, embroidery, cutting, assembly, and finishing—culminating in expert production.

LOGISTIC

The warehouse is capable of hosting up to 250,000 items in an orderly and systematic manner, thanks to metal supports and mobile structures that allow for easy movement. The automation of clothing and accessory storage optimizes the warehousing process and ensures an efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods. Logistics flows are controlled, precise, reliable, and punctual.

The metal supports and mobile structures used to move garments are known as 'the carousel': a solution proposed by Silvano Gerani, President and founder of the Group, in 1990 after a visit to the Volkswagen plant, where automotive components were being transported. Designed by an internal team of technicians, the system meets every operational need, creating an efficient working environment.

The historic knitwear department, the company’s original core, has now expanded and modernized, yet the experience, passion, and tradition remain unchanged from its origins.
